Servant-Thoughts Are Fighters

The Lord said to me, “Your servant-thoughts earnestly desire to serve you today.” Servant-thoughts originate from the Holy Spirit Who lives in you, with you, through you, as you, before the Father and the watching world around you. The Bible says that you have the mind of Christ, 1 Corinthians 2:16, if you have His Spirit. Servant-thoughts accomplish many functions for you, the new you, the born-again you. One of those activities is to fight. Servant-thoughts are fighters!

The Bible teaches that a child of God through faith in Christ has peace with God and conflict with the world, the flesh, and the devil. The frontline of spiritual warfare is in your head where you think, choose, and feel. It is there that your fighting servant-thoughts wage war against the flesh (unaided human ability, aka pride), by destroying strongholds of the flesh, by the annihilation of arguments (lies you have previously believed), and every lofty (prideful) opinion that attempts to raise its ugly head against the knowledge of God. These spiritual fighters take captive every enemy thought and carry out the penalty of disobedience on it, which is death (2 Corinthians 10:3-6). Your servant-thoughts are killers of the flesh that dwells in you. There is no prison for the flesh, only the hill called Calvary! See Romans 6:3-11 and Galatians 2:20.

Your servant-thoughts are armed to the hilt. Tomorrow we will study their battle strategy and weapons. But today, trust your fighting servant-thoughts. They are eager to fight for you today!
